The Artisan Bread Camp will meet daily, Monday through Friday. Lunch will be provided each day with the recipes you will learn. Each day brings fresh aromas and discussion of the unique breads we will gather to create. You will learn over seven different varieties of wholesome artisan bread mixing, shaping, and baking.

This Artisan Bread Class is for the individual who wants to get hands-on knowledge regarding baking with natural leaven. We will focus on different flours, proper baking techniques, and hand kneading skills. You will learn how to maintain your own sourdough starter, create a sourdough country loaf, and take home two loaves shaped by you, to bake the next day.
