Supporting local artisan bakers and bread share programs is something that has always been near and dear to our hearts at the Artisan Bread Classes. We believe that consuming food can be a life altering experience and one of our key goals is to share that experience with as many people as possible. As a part of our Artisan Bread classes and camp, we seek to empower our baking students with the tools they need in order to create their own businesses around their artisan craft. One of the best ways to do that is through what is known as a Community Supported Bakery program. A CSB is an opportunity for any community to support a local bakery and share a common experience of consuming fresh artisan bread. As bakers ourselves, we want to lead by example through a Community Supported Bakery program for Louisville, KY. If you are a resident of Louisville and love artisan breads made with the highest quality ingredients, we would love for you to join our CSB and share in the joys of freshly baked breads.
